Parent Classes

Learn about respectful care in our RIE® inspired parenting classes.

Preparing For Peaceful Parenting

Approach parenting feeling confident, prepared, and inspired. In this course, you’ll learn best practices to respect yourself and your child while offering them the guided support they’ll want and you’ll both enjoy.

Respectful Parent-Child Classes

Learn new methods and gain a deeper understanding of your child’s development through guided classes in a like-minded group setting that provides connection and trust. Whether your baby is brand new to the world or has journeyed around the sun, there are environmentally and age-appropriate classes.

Personal Consulting

Parenting is an intimate and unique relationship we have with our children. Private consultations help match that intimacy with the support we often desire as parents, giving new perspectives, ideas, and awareness of the challenges we face.

These classes offer something for everyone. Whether expecting your first child, a parent of a toddler, or a grandparent, you’re sure to enjoy your experience and complete these courses feeling educated, fulfilled, and prepared to take on the huge responsiblity of caring for a child.

Cassandra’s knowledge and experience is astounding! As a preschool director for over a decade, a RIE® associate, and over twenty years working with kids both in and out of a classroom environment, Cassandra brings an unparalleled set of skills and knowledge to her classes.

Cassandra went on to graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Elementary Education and continued to learn as a preschool teacher, curriculum director, executive director, school owner, and RIE® pathway student.

After becoming a mom, she participated in RIE®certified parent-infant classes, deepening her relationship with her children through respectful caregiving. Her lessons of caring for and respecting small humans is something that Cassie strives to bring into every caregivers relationship with their child. This path combined with her knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf practices, provides Cassandra with a vast tool set to help others learn about respectful care.
